Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. To make cake: mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, soymilk and three quarters of coconut oil together, beat til smooth. Pat into greased trays - no more than half full.
3. To make sauce, place remaining coconut oil, golden syrup and warm water in a pot and stir over low heat till hot and spread has melted (or do this in the microwave).
4. Pour sauce over cake mix.
5. Bake uncovered for 30 - 35 minutes, or until brown on top.
6. Serve hot or cold with dairy-free ice-cream. |
