Snow Venture butterscotch pudding 2017 |

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix cake ingredients together, beat til smooth. Pat into greased trays - no more than half full.
3. Place all sauce ingredients in pot and stir over low heat till hot and butter has melted (or do this in the microwave).
4. Pour sauce over cake mix.
5. Bake uncovered for 30 - 35 minutes, or until brown on top- but do check it is cooked underneath- if too thick it sometimes stays raw. Not that it seems to matter too much.
6. Serve hot or cold with ice-cream. |
