Directions:
1) Wash and prepare veges: slice tomatoes, cucumber; grate carrot. Grate cheese.
Use any leftover meat before salami; if using, slice salami thinly.
2) Spread roll with any leftover hummus. Add salami, veges and cheese. NOTE: leave out meat from 5-6 rolls for vegetarians/vegans. Fill 2 GF rolls.
3) Roll and cover with cling film.
