Pear, blue cheese and walnut salad - Cornerstone 2020 camp |

Directions:
1. Place mesclun in a bowl.
2. Slice the pears into bite-size slices, place into a bowl and mix with lemon juice. Slice celery into bite-size pieces and add to mesclun.
3. Reserve some salad without blue cheese for DF and vegan diets.
4. Slice/crumble blue cheese over rest of salad vegetables.
5. Sprinkle walnuts over all salad and mix to combine altogether. |
