Directions:
IF THIS IS FOR A LUNCH, HALVE THE QUANTITY OF PORK.
Remove rind and fat from pork (or ask butcher to)
Plaace sauce ingredients into slow cooker and mix.
Add pork and rub mixture into it.
Slow cook on LOW for 8-10 hours until tender enough to shred with a fork.
Shred meat with two forks and mix sauce through. Serve with Asian Coleslaw and buns |
