Directions:
1. Fry the onion and garlic in oil for two minutes in a heavy-based pot.
2. Dissolve the vegetable stock in the water.
3. Add the stock and remaining ingredients to the onion and garlic, and bring to the boil
3. Reduce heat and cook until the pasta is soft. |
