Directions:
Remember to leave feta out of some if there are dairy free requirements
1) Cut the feta by hand 15mm cubes
2) Cut onion, tomato and cucumber into 14mm cubes
3) Slice lettuce by hand 10mm
4) Mix together and add the olives, dress with red wine vinegar and ground pepper
NOTE: Onion, tomato, cucumber, lettuce can all be done in a machine with cube attachment. |
