Directions:
Pour the boiling water over the rolled oats. Add the golden syrup and milk, stir to mix. Cool a bit.
Mix in the beaten eggs.
Add the remaining sifted(or well mixed together) dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir in melted butter.
Cook as usual american style pancakes.
Serve with maple syrup/honey/golden syrup etc |
