Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes and pumpkin into cube size pieces.
Place in cold water and bring to the boil.
Boil for three minutes then drain and shake over heat to rough them up.
Drizzle with oil and mix well.
Place in big square tins lined with baking paper.
sprinkle with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
Fan bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes, or until golden. |
