Directions:
1. Heat oven to 180 deg C.Cut chicken thighs in half if serving a lot of people.
2. Wash and dry chicken pieces. Put oil in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, flour, sage, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Turn the chicken pieces first in the oil, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
3. Spread the chicken pieces on a tray spread with baking paper, and bake for 1 hour*, or until golden and cooked. Serve piping hot.
* If baking in a steam/convection oven, add steam and convection half way through cooking. |
