Directions:
Combine everything together in saucepan except crystallized ginger. Melt together. Add chopped crystallized ginger. Pour onto base while it's still warm. |

Required ) :
| 1.50 c | flour   | 1.00 tsp | baking powder GF   | 1.00 tsp | ginger (ground)   | 0.50 c | sugar   | 125.00 g | butter   |

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180C. Line pan.
Mix together flour, baking powder, ginger and sugar. Add softened butter until it's breadcrumb type consistency.
Press into pan, cook 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Pour icing on while base is still warm. Then slice when still warm but icing is mostly set. |
