Directions:
To cook bacon: (2 rashers of bacon= approx 45gm)
- Line baking trays with baking paper
- Heat oven to 180 degrees C. Lay bacon out in one layer. Cook until desired doneness. Cool.
Slice bread rolls nearly in half.
Mash avocado and combine with mayo. Sread on the bottom half.

Spread both halves with dairy free spread.
Thinly spread bbq sauce on the top layer
Layer with lettuce leaf, sliced tomato and cooked bacon. |
