Directions:
Preheat oven to 225 deg C.
Turn 4 slices of GF bread into crumbs.
Mix all ingredients together- by hand is easiest especially if large quantity. Add more GF bread crumbs if you think mixture is too wet.
Divide into 10 chunks and form into thick patties.
Place on baking paper on trays and bake 20-30 minutes or BBQ until cooked.
Serve inside 2 slices GF bread with desired condiments (unless you can find good GF buns)
