Directions:
Put GF couscous and salt into large bowl.
Mix boiling water, oil and lemon juice together and pour over couscous.
Cover and leave 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Fluff up with fork.
When cool add dried fruit, herbs, almonds (if using) and moroccan seasoning to taste. Add extra oil as desired.
