Directions: Slice rolls almost through. SPREAD BOTH HALVES WITH DAIRY FREE SPREAD, especially if not using soon (as in Snow Venture when rolls made the day before). Grate carrot, slice tomato and cucumber if using. Spread ONE half with mayonnaise, one side with mustard if using. Fill with rest of ingredients. Go easy on wetter like carrot and tomato if making the day before.
