Directions:
REMEMBER TO LEAVE FETA OUT FOR DAIRY FREE
Mix vinaigrette dressing ingredients together in large bowl.
Add chopped onion, then chopped tomato, pepper, cucumber and olives to vinaigrette and mix.
Slice lettuce or tear into chunks by hand and place in serving dish.
Cube feta and add to tomato mixture but don't mix until last minute. Then add all ingredients to lettuce, and mix lightly.
NOTE: Onion, tomato, cucumber, lettuce can all be done in a machine with cube attachment. |

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well, and add salad ingredients as per instructions for Greek Salad |
