Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Cook and slice potato. Place in bottom of deep tray.
Sprinkle with bacon.
Whisk egg and cream together, add salt, pepper and parsley. Pour over potato and bacon.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until golden and cooked - approx 40min. |
