Directions:
Combine all vegetables. Mix dressing ingredients (caster sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil) together. Just before serving toss the dressing through the vegetables. Sprinkle with nuts, coriander, and noodles and serve.
NB Leave some salad without noodles for GF. Check for nut allergies and possibly have some with almonds. |
