Directions:
Melt butter and golden syrup. Cool and add eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Press into sponge roll tin. Bake at 180 for 20 mins. It's best taken out of oven when top is brown by middle looks slightly under-cooked, this is what gives it its chew. |
