Directions:
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces, cover and refrigerate in salad bowl. In another bowl, combine vinegar, oil, mustard, sugar and salt, then add onion rings, thin wedges of unpeeled apple and sultanas. Toss gently and leave to stand.
Just before serving, toss the apple and dressing mixture through the lettuce and serve. |
