Directions:
In advance:
Mix dressing ingredients in a large bowl and test for seasoning.
Add finely chopped onion, then peeled and segmented orange and celery. Mix together, this can sit chilled for several hours if needed.
Just before serving, add mesclun and toss well.
Sprinkle with toasted seeds.
Yummy optional additions include avocado, green pepper, feta....
