Directions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray muffin tins well.
Cut the whole orange into 8 (skin and all), place in food processor. Add oil and sugar. Process until well pureed.
Add egg, process until mixed.
( NOTE: If multiplying the recipe a lot, then do this in 2-3 orange lots and put into separate large bowl.)
Mix all dry ingredients well in large container- add options of choice.
Pour orange mixture into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Place in muffin tins, bake approx 20 minutes. |
