Directions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Line baking trays with baking paper.
Drain and dry chicken pieces if necessary and lay out in single layer on baking trays- larger pieces on the outside.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, or other seasoning/herbs of choice.
Place in oven and bake 45-60 minutes until cooked (juice running clear from larger pieces). Remember putting a large volume of cold chicken in the oven will lower the oven temperature and it can take a while for the oven to get back up to heat, so allow extra time for this.
Pull out of oven, cover with foil and and rest 10 minutes if possible. Serve. |
