Directions:
Rinse beef of goop
Simmer for a minimum of four hours |
Mustard Sauce (

| 0.63 | egg   | 1.25 tbsp | sugar   | 0.63 tbsp | flour   | 1.25 tsp | deli mustard   | 0.31 tsp | salt   | 0.31 tsp | black pepper   | 0.63 c | water   | 0.16 c | malt vinegar   |

Directions:
Beat egg and sugar together.
Put into saucepan.
Add flour and mustard.
Stir in water (use stock from cooked silverside) and vinegar gradually.
Cook over a low heat until mixture thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste adding more sugar if necessary. |
