Directions:
finely dice onions, garlic, celery, carrots, red capsicum
put oil in a large pot
add veges, spices.
fry till lightly coloured and softened
add mince, tomatoes,
drain kidney beans and chick peas
add to mince mixture
add water
add finely chopped coriander, balsamic vinegar
simmer for and hour, stirring occasionally,
Serve with corn chips,lettuce, carrot, tomato and sour cream on the side
