Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (fan bake).
Cut chicken into 3cm pieces.
Peel pumpkin and grate it
Peel and thinly slice potatoes.
Place the sliced potatoes in an overlapping layer in the base of a lasagne-style dish.
In a bowl, mix together the chicken, onion, grated pumpkin, Wattie’s frozen Chunky Mix Vegetables, Wattie’s Condensed Creamy Chicken Soup.
Spread the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and cheese.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. |
