Directions: Peel and cut potatoes into quarters. Place in cold water and bring to the boil. Boil for three minutes then drain and shake over heat to rough them up. Add butter and mix well.* Place in big square tins lined with baking paper, and sprinkle with salt. Fan bake at 180 degrees for about 50-60 minutes, or until golden. * Do some with oil for DF people
