Directions:
Note - This is best made the night before to allow it to harden sufficiently before it is served.
Mix cornflakes and butter, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Press firmly into a tin. Chill until firm. Spread ice cream over platter.
Mix together remaining ingredients and microwave until melted together. Drizzle over the top of the ice-cream.
Double wrap in foil and freeze.
To serve, place in chiller for 1/2 to 1 hour. Cut and serve. Delicious! |
