Directions:
CRUMBLE TOPPING
1. Preheat oven 160°C
2. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
3. Melt spread. Add to dry ingredients, mix until evenly combined.
4. Spread out the crumble topping on a baking tray and bake, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden - about 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool
ASSEMBLE
1. Quarter strawberries.
2. Scoop 0.5 cup diary free ice cream into each glass or ramekin.
3. Top each with 40g of berries and finish by sprinkling each with 2 heaped tablespoons of toasted crumble topping.
4. Serve immediately.
