Directions:
1) Cut carrots, celery and courgettes into sticks for dipping. Halve cherry tomatoes. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces(please use the stork too) Break lettuce up, wash & dry.
2) Fill ramakin with dip or hummus, place in the center of a quiche dish.
3) Arrange as per picture - lettuce leaves first then remaining ingredients scattered on top. Cherry tomato halves last.
4) Cover with gladwrap
5) Serve rice crackers in separate bowls. Cover with gladwrap.
