Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C
Spray muffin tins, line with patty case.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half; set aside.
Chop herbs finely; whisk together with eggs, salt & milk in; pour into cases until evenly distributed.
Top each frittata with 4 halves of cherry tomato.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Stand in pan for 5 minutes before turning out.
