Directions:
Preheat oven to 180°C
Spray muffin tins, line with patty case.
Cut asparagus into 4cm lengths; reserve the asparagus tips. Layer remaining asparagus and trout in cases.
Whisk egg, salt & milk in; pour into cases until evenly distributed.
Top frittata with asparagus tips.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Stand in pan for 5 minutes before turning out.
Serve with fruit chutney.
