Directions:
Separate the eggs and place yolks to one side
oven temp 160 C
mix ingredients into a thick paste
roll into small balls in icing sugar to coat
press flat on a lined baking tray leaving room to spread
bake for 15 - 18 min cool on a wire rack
store in airtight container
