Directions:
Preheat oven 180°C
Soften butter, zest lemon.
Cream Butter and Sugar, add egg and lemon zest and beat well.
Add flour & b powder.
Flour the work surface.
Knead
Roll out with a rolling pin or if you prefer, take handfuls of mixture, press out mixture using your fingers (not your palms) till it is 3mm thick.
Dust with a little more flour, cut out with biscuits cutters.
Place on greased tray.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
