Caramelized Onion and Feta Tart |

Directions:
Onions
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Peel, cut in to thin wedges. Mix onion with oil, sugar and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Spread in a roasting dish and bake for 45 minutes or until tender and lightly golden. Remove and allow to cool
Assemble Tart
Preheat oven to 200°C.
line tray with baking paper
lay sheets out, score 2cm border around edge of sheet, taking care to not cut right through.
Brush border with a little milk
Spread onions evenly over the pastry within the border, crumble over feta, sprinkle over oregano
Bake until pastry is golden and cooked
