Directions:
Preheat oven 160°C
Melt butter
Mix together dry ingredients
Stir in butter and condensed milk - mix until evenly combined.
Spray sponge roll trays and line with baking paper.
Press mixture into tins
Bake for 34-40 mins until golden & crisp
Cut in the tin whilst hot and leave to cool in the tin.
Store in an airtight container. |
