Directions:
Fry steak 1 min per side in a hot pan and set aside
Fry chopped onion, garlic, spices
Add tomato, capsicum, corn, beans
Cut steak into slices and lay in the middle of the tortillas
Pour tomato mixture over
Roll, cover with grated cheese
Cook in hot over for 15 min before eating |
