Directions:
CRUMBLE TOPPING
1. Preheat oven 160°C
2. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
3. Melt butter. Add to dry ingredients, mix until evenly combined.
4. Spread out the crumble topping on a baking tray and bake, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden - about 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool
ASSEMBLE
1. Quarter strawberries.
2. Scoop 0.5 cup yogurt into each glass or ramekin.
3. Top each with 40g of berries and finish by sprinkling each with 2 heaped tablespoons of toasted crumble topping.
4. Serve immediately.
