Directions:
1: Cut potato into wedges.
2: Lightly coat in oil.
3: Bake at 250 degrees until crispy on the outside, stirring often enough to stop them sticking, not so much as to make mashed-wedges.
4: Coat with cajun and tuscan seasoning.
5: Serve with sour cream and tomato sauce. |
