Directions:
Grease 2x muffin trays (16 muffin spaces)
For the pastry:
Put first 3 ingrediants into food processor and run til pastry clumps around blade. Divide into 16 balls and press into 16 muffin tray spaces. Put the trays in the freezer for 25 minutes until the pastry is really firm and hard.
Divide the nuts evenly between the pastry cups.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Melt butter, whisk in egg, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth but gluey. Pour mixture into pastry cups.
Bake for 20-25min until pastry golden and filling crisp and set.
Remove from oven, stand for 5 min until you can handle the pies. Twist to release and cool on wire rack. |
