Directions:
Cook potatoes and cut into 2.5cm cubes.
Add melted butter, salt, paprika and grill til golden.
Steam broccoli til bright green.
Put all into a bowl and toss with dressing.
Can use green vegetables of pretty much any kind. Raw sliced button mushrooms are good too. |
