Directions:
Prep:
1) Separate Eggs
Base:
1) Line tart dishes with baking paper strips.
2) line with pastry crust and blind bake until light gold.
Filling:
1) Heat cornflour, sugar, lemon rind, lemon juice in a pot until smooth
2) Add water and boil
3) Remove from and add heat egg yolks and butter
Meringue:
1) Beat egg whites until soft peaks form and hold their shape, adding caster sugar slowly
2) Bake at 185 degrees until tops are brown (10 min) |
