Directions:
If filling with caramel, it needs at least 1 hour sitting in cold water to cool down
Sift or thoroughly stir flour, baking powder and cocoa together.
Add sugar and chocolate chips and toss with fork to mix.
Melt butter then add eggs, milk and beat with a fork until smooth.
Pour the liquids into the dry ingredients and fold together, mixing as little as possible.
Half fill sprayed tins, then add a dollop of either caramel filling or raspberry jam. Add more mixture on top.
Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.
Bake at 200'C for 10minutes, until centres spring back. |

Directions:
Bring all ingredients to the boil, stirring all the time.
Reduce heat and cook for 10minutes, stirring often until mixture is a deep golden colour. |
