Directions:
1. Combine juice, wine vinegar, oil and mustard - set aside.
2. Toast seeds.
3. Peel and dice oranges, finely slice spring onions and mix together.
4. Crumble feta.
5. Lay bed of mesclun and put orange mixture on top. Sprinkle with seeds and crumbled feta. Drizzle with dressing
