Directions:
1: Whisk milk, egg and salt together
2: Cook bacon
3: Dip bread into mixture coating both sides well. Fry until golden. Add oil to the pan and then butter so the butter doesn't burn
4: Mix the cinnamon, mixed spice and sugar together. Coat some of the cooked bread in cinnamon and sugar mixture. |
