Directions:
1) Crush biscuits roughly
2) Chop nuts roughly
3) Melt butter and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolved and mixture bubbles
4) Lightly beat egg and add
5) Cook 2-3 mins, stirring well
6) Remove and stir in biscuits, vanilla, nuts & cocoa
7) Press into tin
