Directions:
1. Wash quinoa thoroughly, drain and bring to boil with 2:1 water
2. Simmer for 15-20 minutes
3. Drain immediately.
4. Rinse with cold water. Re-drain.
5. Finely chop parsley, green onion, lettuce and tomato.
6. Mix other stuff in. |
