Directions:
* Dice the apricots
* Combine melted butter, sour cream, milk, oil, eggs and vanilla and stir gently.
* In a separate bowl stir together remaining ingredients.
* Sprinkle the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture, stir lightly til flour is moistened.
* Add the apricots at the last moment, don't over-mix. It is a wet mixture.
* Bake 190'C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown |
