Flat breads (pesto & sweet chilli) |

Directions:
Spread pizza base with pesto and sweet chilli.
Add olives and blobs of cream cheese.
Cover with cheeses and sprinkle with pepper.
Bake at 200 degrees until cheese is bubbly and melted. |

| 1.67 c | friend   | 2.50 tbsp | olive oil   | 1.67 tsp | salt   | 1.67 c | flour   |

Directions:
combine all ingredients and mix together, adding additional flour until dough consistency.
Shape into balls and wrap with plastic wrap.
Leave to rise until doubled in size
Flatten into pizza crusts and lightly bake at 180 degrees on a pizza stone. |
