| 150.00 ml | raspberry jam   | 50.00 g | dark chocolate chips   | 50.00 g | thickened cream   |

Directions:
1) Make cakes and set aside to cool
2) Make the cream. Remember to whip the cream quite stiff (not so far as it turns into butter).
3) Cut the cakes in half. Spread the bottom half with a thin layer of jam, and 10-15mm of cream. |

Directions:
Sift first 5 ingredients into bowl.
Melt butter, beat eggs, add milk, vanilla essence and coffee and pour onto dry ingredients.
Beat for 3 min, pour into greased tin.
Bake at 180 for 3/4 hr. |
